Comprehensive Adolescent Mental Health and Substance Use Treatment
At CPC, we specialize in supporting adolescents who face substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our compassionate team consists of clinicians who are not only highly trained but also dually licensed in both substance use and mental health. This dual expertise allows us to provide tailored care that meets the unique needs of each client.
Our Services Include:
- Individual and Family Therapy: We offer personalized therapy for adolescents, focusing on both substance use and mental health concerns. Each treatment plan is customized to address the specific needs of the individual and their family. Therapy sessions are designed to help clients process emotions, develop coping strategies, and improve communication skills.
- Outpatient Psychiatric Services: Our outpatient services include thorough evaluations and, when necessary, medication management to support the mental health needs of our clients.
- Convenient Locations: We provide youth individual therapy for mental health and/or co-occurring substance use disorders at our Freehold, Howell, and Red Bank locations. Sessions are typically scheduled every other week and can be combined with psychiatric services for comprehensive care.
What to Expect from Individual Therapy:
Individual therapy, involves confidential sessions where adolescents and their families engage with a trained therapist. These sessions provide a safe space to discuss and process thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through therapy, participants learn effective coping mechanisms and communication skills, which are essential for managing both mental health and substance use challenges.
Our Team:
Our licensed social workers and counselors are dedicated to helping adolescents navigate their emotions, achieve their goals, and enhance their overall well-being. With a client-centered, motivational approach, we support both the individual and the family throughout the treatment process.
